Verified Renter It has been a great experience for my family and I living here. Kids and pet enjoy the beautiful and well maintained landscape, it’s safe and very close from great schools, groceries, parks, etc. and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Best Apartment in Knoxville My husband and I love living here! The apartments are way more spacious than others in the area, especially for the price. The community is safe, courteous, and has great amenities like the herb garden and dog park.

Would recommend to anyone! We moved in a few months ago and LOVE living here!!! Maintenance is super quick to address all issues and the leasing office is very kind!!! We will continue living here for the near future and would recommend to anyone!!!

The Best Complex in Knoxville My husband and I have lived here for four years and have loved every second of it! Management is incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and completes every job efficiently. The units themselves are very homey and do not feel like your typical apartment. I hope I never have to live in another apartment because I truly do not believe there is another that could live up to my expectations like Greystone Pointe does.

Great apartment + Great amenities + Great staff and Great area! We have been here for 4 years and we love it!
