Verified Renter Moved here in 2018 when the Pointe first opened up, very nice modern apartments with nice amenities. Staff are wonderful that work here any maintenance issues are repaired expeditiously. Down side is they keep raising rent which is hard when your retired and on a fixed income, they also don’t offer the 18 month lease anymore and recently started to charge you for pest control and garbage fees on top of what we pay for rent I feel that should be included in rent we already pay for cable, water, sewer& electric... read more
