Knoxvilles Best I have lived at Greystone Point since the fall of 2019. I can honestly say that I cannot imagine a better fit for me and my kids. Like living in a resort! We have been living here for almost a year and just renewed. Great layout and value. Many nice features, like a salt water pool, a dog walk, 24 hour fitness center, and car wash area. The view is great and the area and apartments are quiet, but also near highways and shopping. Wonderful Apartment I have been living here at Greystone Pointe for about a year and a half now and from the maintenance crew, staff, and residents everyone here goes above and beyond to keep the community well maintained and help each other whether it’s getting mail to the correct residence, being snowed in and needing supplies, or just being friendly towards one another it’s a great place to live. If you are looking to move here I highly recommend it and it’s a great location.

One of the best communities I lived in I've been living in Greystone Pointe for more than three years. I tried a couple of other rental communities when I first moved to Knoxville but quickly realized that I needed to move. I was on Greystone's waitlist for a couple months and luckily had a unit available that fits my timeline. There's really nothing I don't like about living here. Location, maintenance (including preventative care), management team, facilities, landscape, etc. are all top notches. Highly recommend.

Love it here! I've been a resident at Greystone Pointe for almost four years, and it has easily been the best rental experience I've ever had. Maintenance is timely and the staff are very helpful. The apartments are comfortable. Last year my husband and I got a puppy and the onsite dog park and stations with trash cans and poop bags onsite are so convenient! It is extremely dog friendly. Overall, I love living here.
