Verified Renter Everything has been such an easy process!! Marley is incredible and extremely helpful with us getting aquatinted to the area!! I’m excited to live in this community.
Verified Renter Stunning Mountain View’s, clean, and, secure! Move in was very easy, staff are all very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. We are only here a couple days but it’s been great. Most of the neighbors approached to say hello and welcome, which is a great feeling.
Verified Renter Great friendly people and a lot more square feet compared to other complexes in the vacintiy . Gym is also a lot bigger then others around.Topnnotch maintenance crew and the grounds are kept clean and very well maintained.
Verified Renter When moving in the neighbors I met had really good things to say about living here and that was nice to know. My neighbors across from me were very kind and friendly.
Greystone is, hands down, the absolute best! Greystone is the best community I've ever lived in! They actually care about their residents.

Verified Renter Overall, Greystone Pointe has been great. Apartment is spacious, grounds are kept up well, pool is always clean and clear, maintenance responds quickly. Noise within the complex is minimal, we just happen to be on the street side and the road noise is a lot. One thing I don't like that is within management control is this is supposed to be a gated complex yet the gates are always left open which creates faster traffic as the gates help slow people down and vehicles going the wrong direction through a one way.
Business response:
Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoy the spacious apartment and well-maintained amenities. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the open gates and road noise, and we appreciate your feedback as we work to improve our community.-Greystone Pointe Management Team
