I received an excellent service from Joe at Upton and Luke at Parkstone. I used Greys to let a property, within a week they had referenced a professional and she moved in a week later. Within 1 working day I received initial payment. I have previous experience of using an estate agent for letting and would never leave a review for them as there is nothing positive to say. 5 stars for Greys though!

Greys acted on by behalf whilst dealing with my in-laws passing and I as executor for the will and the selling of the house. Greys were very professional and understanding throughout the whole sale. Nothing was too much trouble, particularly in those areas that could arguably not necessarily been within there jurisdiction. The whole house sale went through very smoothly with no fuss, excellent job.
