I think Greyhound should go out of business! I dropped my kids off at 11:45 pm so they could catch the 12:30 am bus to Virginia and they didnt get on the bus until 6am!! Im beyond mad �.im just gonna say this...if a bus is 6 hours late....you need to refund all the tickets this is some bull#@%"...
Greyhound buses are the worst ever they messed my sons ticket up and sent him to nashville instead of knoxville and then told him he was going to have to pay for another ticket to knoxville and then the bus broke down in Arkansas and when he finally got to memphis he now has to ride another bus through kentucky before he even makes it to nashville and he wont get there til 3pm when he should have been in nashville at 2:55 am he will not be going back on a Greyhound bus. Terrible terrible company! Why is it that you can book a ticket online and your stupid employees just give your ticket away the day your supposed to leave! She was there on time and everything! They didn’t even ask the person who took her ticket for a passcode like they are supposed to! That’s what they did at the station in Knoxville Tennessee to my grandmother who was trying to come to her family for Christmas! Shame on you Greyhound!

From Jackson MS to Alanta GA was sooth but once we got here in Knoxville Tennessee the customer service is horrible and the employees never know what is going on if a bus is running late. I waited for over 7 hours because the bus I was suppose to get on broke down. I was told several different stories from Corporate and the employees. The best way to describe this is experience is unorganized and poor customer service.
Paid for my sister from texas to NC. Vwas supposed to be 28 hr ride 3 transfers turned into 3 days and like 5 transfers... Not to mention the bus drivers were ride af
