First bus delayed and missed transfer. And on the way home slept in the bus station as there was “no driver, no bus” 12 hrs later I took the next bus out on a Monday morning missing half a day of work. No refunds. Set the bar really low if you choose the unreliable Greyhound bus line. None of the employees seem to know what’s going on blowing smoke up your asses waiting to here from the top. Hey its not perfect but they always get me right where I need to be.
Knoxville was nice and helpful. Baltimore had a delay, but it was only a half hour, not the time we were told. I was happy it wasn't. We still made our connecting buses on time.
After having a terrible trip last week, you just manage to top that with an exceptionally terrible customer service experience just now. I was hung up on, twice (!) without any help whatsoever!
I had a 10 hour delay. The greyhound employees were useless and unwilling to help. Due to this I will miss my daughter’s high school graduation. A once in a lifetime event. Thanks greyhound for a sucky trip. I will not be traveling by greyhound ever again.
It was ok but 1 bus didn’t have functional outlets to charge your phone and all 3 buses WiFi wasn’t working. Kinda false advertising.
Fucking trash company. Delayed for 7hrs and the new bus burned down during highway. No discount No payback etc. Fuck you 幹你娘垃圾公司
