Knoxville, Tn station is nasty every time I’m there! and the workers are rude and unprofessional! Way over priced tickets as well!!! They never are on schedule due to lack of drivers! Broke down buses need repair AND cleaning. Very poor selection of food to eat on your long waits! Never a pleasant experience!!!🤮😡🤬
Consistently not on schedule and the buses are in desperate need of repair. Counter folks are straight up rude and service is nonexistent.
I have not had one good experience with Greyhound. they never have a driver I get stuck for hrs 19 hr layover on one trip. smoke coming inside the bus from the engine. Drivers are rude. wifi never works been waiting on refund from last crappy trip for a year
My son was to leave from Knoxville to fort Gordon Georgia at 1250 needs to be on base at 11pm well he is still delayed in Knoxville till 645 pm he has had three delays and stuck at greyhound stop . What away to end a wonderful stay. I will never tell anybody to ride greyhound X

They really need better improvement on getting off one bus and continuing your journey on a different bus
Worst way to travel, EVER! Most of the drivers were rude, the connections were late. The internet was sketchy. The busses were filthy and there was even a driver TEXTING and driving!! I sent in complaints, but all I got back from my trip from Hell! It might be an ok way to travel a short distance, but not long distance at all! Greyhound is an awful 2ay to travel!
