Well i was excited about getting to Michigan from Tennessee but the buses had a delay or 2 to my family in Tennessee i love yall i will keep in contact and mom and tiffany i love yall i did not ambanden yall and i never i will
It's okay I suppose. I've been in nicer and cleaner stations for sure. I only ran into one employee who was remotely friendly...the rest including information and ticketing we're/ are rude and not helpful at all. Even over the intercom they sounded rude and bored. My driver who was called in at 430 am in Cincinnati because my bus didn't have a driver was the ONLY driver I had that was friendly and nice. I wish I remembered his name
Worst traveling experience ever. Greyhound Bus (Knoxville, TN). Bus was supposed to leave at noon and we are still sitting here at 2:30. If you have problems with one of your busses or drivers, at least tell your employees to keep the riders informed of the situation instead of yelling at us for asking what is happening. I'm missing my connection in Cincinnati so I hope you fix this because your customer service phone line is useless. Bought a ticket for my son to come from reading pa 2 stops he gets to Philadelphia and they tell him the bus is full you have to wait till 8pm tonight to get another bus this is wrong on so many levels especially since this bus terminal is in a horrible area NOT HAPPY
This is perhaps the least professional company I've ever heard about. Its as if the employees don't want their jobs and the company doesn't want repeat customers. Worst experience my mother has gone through. And she's fighting cancer.
