We took a friend there. his bus was supposed to leave at 8. We left at 8:30 to go home he was still waiting after getting home he text and said they have no driver till 10:00 The place was nasty dirty. And small. my wife was afraid to go to the bathroom by herself so I walked with her and waited out in the hall for her. the place stunk. Just a all around no good. no stare
honestly everything done to even curb appeal.Customer services is,by far the worst,If they don't like thier job find a new one job title is. customer service???
RecommendedCheck in was very easy and facilities are very clean. Only if they had a deli or something besides vending machines.
Was on the bus for four days and several layovers due to lack of communication between hubs and also I was told to talk to the supervisor at the Orlando hub when I arrived and they refused me a refund
Poor customer service. Buses breaking down. Very long delays causing you to miss connecting buses. No apologies nor do they care. Extremely over priced for the below par service you receive.

I was delayed for 6 hours at Knoxville TN station with no security guards on duty. A Gang member who had no ticket and no reason to be in the station was trying to start trouble with everyone attacked me and beat me in the head. If a passenger had not tazed him, I would probably be dead. Thank God for this person because if she hadn’t stopped him, I believe I would probably be dead. 10 witnesses made statements and the man was taken away in paddy wagon and threatened all of us, as he was sitting in the police car. Fun community, mindful drivers and fast! My trips have been less expensive than driving; certainly less stressful. I find it enjoyable to make friends on the bus!
Use other modes of transport, not an experience I want to repeat......EVER!!!!!
