I have been a customer of the Congleton branch for probably 20 years. During that time they’ve carpeted my homes at least 3 times. Everything about their services is excellent. Good advice in choosing the best carpet for my needs, and an exemplary measuring supply and fitting service. I highly recommend them, wouldn’t even consider using any other carpet supplier.
Had them do my last 2 houses both times they have on both occasions been extremely helpful, price has been within budget and the lads doing the installation have been on time, polite and always left the job tidy. Got more work to do in the future and dont see me going anywhere else, a special shout out to Chris who was always available to answer any questions. The man know his carpets.
Cannot fault them, reasonable price and fab service. We were in a rush and they did everything to deliver in time. This is the 2nd time we have used them and got the same exceptional service
Excellent from start to finish
Fantastic service from the moment we entered the store. Very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful team. Explained everything very clearly, no pressure sales tactics, up-selling, or hidden costs. Carpets look great and were well fitted. We are very satisfied customers.
