Kayti was so kind and understanding about my skin concerns. She was knowledgable and a delight to talk to - making me feel totally comfortable under her care. She also gave really helpful pre/ aftercare advice; in my case recommending affordable products I can get at places like Boots. It's a minor point but I really appreciated this, as have had experiences in the past with practitioners who pressure you into buying their overly priced "patented" products...despite any clinical evidence they're worth it. Best wax I've had in Brighton/hove. The salon was beautiful, the therapist was warm and friendly and the wax itself was quick and with minimal pain. I will definitely be back

I have recently had Botox treatment with the anazing Kayti and I can’t recommend her enough. The results are just incredible and I feel so much more confident. Grey door is also a wonderful, calm space to relax and enjoy your treatment. I will certainly be back 🥰
