We went to Greta’s a few days ago and she made my soon to be wife feel very uncomfortable and belittled the way she tried to force her to buy something outside of our budget then she called and said someone else was going to be possibly looking at the dress we where interested in and made sure to belittle her yet again by saying the other person had a higher budget that sounds very unprofessional to me I hope she doesn’t treat everyone else this way that has been to her shop.

I have only positive things to say about Ms. Greta and her business. Dazzling selection with a dizzying amount of styles and a wide price range. She held me accountable to the budget I had given her, rather than showing me items that were outside my range. She educated me on how tariffs were affecting the industry, so I would be more informed. Her dressing room was private and comfortable. We came here looking for the first time for my sisters wedding dress. It was the first time she was trying on dresses and it was awful. My mother in law asked if we could start looking around and see what kinda of dresses my sister was even looking at. Greta was incredibly rude and dismissive to us as the “ friends “ of the bride.
