They're good at taking your money ... not much else. If you need pest control, in between scheduled appointments ... good luck. I called our Technician, and the local office, and was told someone would call back. It never happened. Their piss-poor customer service is inexcusable.
BUYER BEWARE they have not come into my home to do any kind of service in the last six months. when i reached out to them to express my concern i was them contacted by a supervisor guy stuckey who then proceeded to inform me that a technician had been to my residence and then proceeded to tell me they where done with me
I have used Gregory Pest Solutions for several years and have been pleased with the service. I realize sometimes the weather may prevent a scheduled visit but they have notified me either by phone or e-mail so the service can be rescheduled.
