Door salesman came to sell the service to my neighborhood and offered a “deal” for quarterly service and said I could cancel at anytime but to sign up now while there was still a spot. What they did not tell me was that there would be a $200 closing cost for canceling. The service was okay. the specialist was super nice and professional but all they do is lay ant traps and spray their pesticides. I can do that myself. Max Thomson did a very thorough job today for my ant problems. He was very well spoken. I had had complaints with the previous worker Insight had sent the last time, who wrote only a one-sentence report and did basically nothing. I think Max saved the company's reputation for me today!
Mike did a great job and put up with our dog. He is always professional and we enjoy talking with him. Very fast as well.
Greg completed my quarterly treatment around the periphery of my home. He was courteous, answered questions, checked everything and reported his findinds. He is an excellent representative of your company. Since your company has betrayed my trust on numerous occasions, this is high praise from me.

The lady doing our service today was very thorough and explained what she was doing. We have had this service for over 2 years and everyone is always friendly and very helpful. They go the extra step. I would recommend this company to anyone.
A single treatment is actually 4 or more. You cannot cancel. They will casually say "yes" to cancellation and months later request payment. They will lie to you and continue to send bills, extra fees, appointment requests. This is a horrible and overpriced company. Teenagers is all I ever saw. Scam.
Mike Hurst has been our technician for the last couple of years. He has always been courteous, and professional. His work is always thorough and he will check back that all your needs have been met. I would recommend Mike to anyone that asks.
