Jeremy C came today and sprayed both indoor and outdoors for sugar ants. He “dusted” all cobwebs out of gables and other areas. He was very profession and answered ALL questions I had, and was courteous about answering them.

SCAM!!! I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. The sales people hook you by undercutting your existing service providers price, in addition to telling you all of the "standard" extras their services provides. You'll never get those services! The person who actually came out to do the work was extremely condescending and told us we didn't need half the things the sales people who "don't know what they're talking about" (his quote). Chris Jones came today to do their winter treatment around our house and crawl space inspection. As usual he was thorough, professional and had a great personality as all employees from Insight in the past. Recommend their services to others looking for a contract pest control service.
misrepresented their services. rarely came when we were home despite repeated requests so they could treat inside as well as outside. overcharging us on wrong catds and constantly requesting them to correct. finally had to end service. Jacoby, office manager not helpful.
Mike H. did our latest quarterly service today. He did a great job. On time, efficient, answered all my questions. We have no pest problems. Highly recommended.
