I got a response in less than 12 hrs from the mngr of Gregory INFINITI long with great prices and incentives. When I arrived, I was introduced to a sales specialist and I left nearly 2 hours later with a new 2018. Truly a great experience and super friendly staff. I’ll definit be buying my cars from this dealership from now on.
At first, the dealership was great at responding quickly to my inquiries and claiming to give me the "best car buying experience I've ever had"; however, this was not the case. Upon contacting the dealership further, they were quick to perform a credit check (per my request) and I had a hard time getting in touch with a member of the finance department to lock in the deal. I've been contacted via email. The email was nice but it had the "salesy" tone to it. I will see when I make the decision to visit or not.
While I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, the customer service was phenomenal. The sales guy helping was not pushy and very responsive to any requests.
