I drove all the way from DeKalb IL (approximately 1 1/4 hours. When I was 15 minutes away I received a phone call in my car informing me that the car had been sold the night before.
Was welcomed to the dealership by Kassandra Garcia and took a test drive with salesman Eric Devoe. Felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Great experience! The car was very nice and I like it. It is quite wide and would be a tight fit in my one car garage. I would highly recommend the dealership!
My experience was not a good one. I wanted to purchase the vehicle but, the representative informed me their auto group does not sell to out of state buyers unless they are located in IL or WI. I think this is a bogus reason as they advertised the cars on the internet which gives world-wide access to their vehicles.
I test drove but did not purchase.
Positive experience with good communication. I would go back again.
Very professional and responsive without the "hard sell". Hard sell doesn't work for me.
Dealer said they do not know how to sell a car out-of-state... crazy, but true. From their email: "you're from out of state and our Auto Group doesn't do business outside of IL and WI"
