Very responsive with my requests. Sent pictures and video of car and gave trade in value quickly.
My experience while in the dealership was nice. However, after I purchased the car they said they were going to call me back in regards to a piece I noticed was missing in the car and never did. I feel as though you should treat your customers the same before, during, and after a purchase. So my advice would be to get everything you need prior to purchase.

We purchased a. 2019 BMW X5 from Infinity of Scottsdale. I told them I did not want to wait around for hours while they did the paperwork. They got us out the door in 30 minutes. Not only did they work a great deal for us they valued our time. I highly recommend Infinity of Scottsdale. We will purchase from them again in the future.
Bought the truck while I was overseas. Has some blemishes here and there. One that I consider relatively large wasn't disclosed. Other than that the process was easy.
