We were made to believe that this Audi had a sunroof but it didn't -- that's after we drove the 1 hour to get there. We were shown a BMW X3 as an alternative. It was really nice but we needed to do our homework on it before committing to purchase. After a few days, we called back and asked to see if it was still available. Representative from Gregory INFINITI indicated that they were not interested in doing business outside of IL and WI. I would recommend that this dealership stop using the internet if they do not have any intention of leveraging modern technologies. This is very confusing to an internet shopper. I moved on to the next Chicago based dealer...who has been very active and interested in working out a deal for me to fly up and pick up. Quick to respond. However, we drove 3 hours to look at and possibly purchase vehicle. Vehicle had scratches at down the drivers side and they were unable to buff out. Began to talk numbers with the financial manager when we found out they raised the price $1,000 that afternoon when we were on our way there in addition to only offering us a very high interest rate as a take it or leave it type of deal.
