Horrible car! Drove over an hour to see the car. The car had a collision warning lit up. The brakes were horrible and rusty! And the worst part is that the engine was extremely dirty and loud with so much dirt and leaves inside the engine (looked like water damage)! Their excuse was that the car hasn't gone through inspection yet because they just had over 100 cars come in so they "didn't have time" to fully inspect the car and didn't have it ready for us. Contacted me,told me it was available, when I'm literally 46 miles from arriving i get a call saying its been sold! 5 hours of my day lost to stupidity! Smh

It was hard to get in contact with them so much as I was ready to let it go ... but I really loved the car so I call one more time and got a live person. From that moment on, everything went smoothly. I had already prequalified but they got me a better rate and even offered to deliver my car free of charge. They are in Illinois and I live in Indianapolis so that was a big deal for me.

What an excellent experience, gave me all my options, no pressure, agreed in writing what would be fixed before delivery both the salesman Joey and finance mgr Steve were great, and trust me, I'm not always easy to please- went to apprx 7 dealerships before here. Would highly recommend them to anyone, would buy from them again.
