This dealership was completely unethical. They don’t care at all about their customers. They lie to get people in the door, half of the cars they don’t even have there and they will only sell to people who use their financing. Do NOT waste your time going to this dealership, it is a complete waste of time!

On June 8 I purchased a 2017 NX 200t from this dealership and I must say the sales representative as well as his boss were very customer friendly, professional, and informative. I would definitely refer others as well as go back to purchase another vehicle.

Did not like they add 2k to the price for add ons that I did not want like anti theft! The car no longer was a “great deal” just a trick to get you in.

Had an appointment scheduled to look at a car, get there the car isn’t there. Was never noticed the car wasn’t there. Ok fine, things happen. Went with our second option, car wasn’t there either. The salesman said he would gladly bring the car to me once they arrived back from detail. Never heard from him. 2 weeks later we scheduled an appointment to look at another car....guess what. Great experience! With Covid made things tricky to even find a bank open where we could get our funds. They were very accommodating! Tyler was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us! Car was clean and my son is very happy with it!

The staff was real cool and sociable. My salesman Mike was awesome! No games played got the vehicle I wanted at a solid monthly cost, didn’t take long at all! Great customer service! Thanks again Mike!!
