Though I did not purchase the car, they were helpful and informative and most importantly not pushy. I didn't like the car though so had to walk away

I bought the vehicle. And there salesperson & financial officer were very helpful. I was pleased with the overall procedure
The good, the dealer was very responsive. The bad, the car I looked at had signs of fresh paint after being told no accidents. Also the tires seemed almost bald but was being listed as certified. They tried saying the tires had 50% tread left. The oil change sticker, done by one of their service techs, said tires needed immediate attention.
