Greg Steger technicians work efficiently and with complete knowledge of heat and cooling systems. Always polite and patient with any questions. They also disclose any concerns in layman's terms which I appreciate. Most important to our household is their 24/7 availability! Very deserving of 5 stars!
I thought Tyler was an excellent technician. Explained everything in detail, gave me options without over selling it. Which being a retired regional sales manager for 50 years, I appreciated! Great job again by Steger Heating/Cooling. They keep our furance/ac running great with the PM program.
Greg came to my house on time, spent all the time I needed explaining my old system and how it works. Also covering the new system and how it will perform compared to the old. Had presented some improvements we needed to make, gave options to do that as well. Very nice guy!!
