I have been renting a flat from Greenwoods residential for two years. They have been very quick and helpful in resolving any flat queries or questions. Really great, friendly service. Deposit returned in full.
It's a waste to time, I had a flat viewing on July 2 with the Letting Manager in Kingston, am happy with property, sent a tenancy confirmation, with personal details, documents with offer by email on same day. Called the Manager on the next 3 days, but all in vain, another Property manager said she will leave message to the Letting Manager. However, no one ever reply by email or by call anymore in 2 weeks.
