Hi, After viewing the property, we indicated that we would like to rent it. It was extremely good working with Greenwoods. They took a huge burden off our shoulders, and whenever we had a question, they were helpful and responded quickly. I can recommend them to anyone!
It's a waste to time, I had a flat viewing on July 2 with the Letting Manager in Kingston, am happy with property, sent a tenancy confirmation, with personal details, documents with offer by email on same day. Called the Manager on the next 3 days, but all in vain, another Property manager said she will leave message to the Letting Manager. However, no one ever reply by email or by call anymore in 2 weeks.
