DISHONEST AND MISLEADING! Beware, I did the online purchase and went in store to finish the paperwork. Was quoted for $349 monthly online and when I arrived they came back with $564 monthly. They pulled a Bait and switch! Instead of adding the online discount they added it back on into the sales price. They even advertise a car online that was actually sold back in December! Very unethical! Went to a different Hyundai dealership and did not have any problems at all. Will never shop at this location.

We apologize for the inconvenience, online pricing doesn't include accessories, taxes, doc fees. The online portal payment on the car requested was over 400. There was no bait and switch, figures were worked on the same car. We use average rate until credit is pulled. The sold car was a website provider glitch.
from INCOMPETENT to UNETHICAL I first contacted the dealership 4.5 weeks ago about options for the end of term lease. I asked 3 very specific questions. 1. First of all if they had it to where you don't have to give no stars I would give them no stars. This is the worst of the worst. Their service center and the people employees by it are the most inexperienced, aggressive people I have ever dealt with. So my vehicle had a starter problem so I took my vehicle up there on a Monday to be service I had an appt for Tuesday so I just brought vehicle early because it had trouble starting up. Guest did drop vehicle off on the 12th. She advised of a no start concern and knock in front end of suspension. We advised guest that we were back up in shop during write up. We were able to determine that she did in fact need a starter for her no start concern and also needed sway bar links and front struts for noise in front end. You WANT to like your car dealer, you REALLY do... but at some point you realize you simply made a mistake dealing with a dealer like this. The first clue was a "dealer recon fee" of $900. I bought a car from them in 2015 I'm not a person who writes checks but they told me because I didn't have the money in the bank that I could go to my bank purchase checks and do a downpayment that way so that the bank would clear it and I can leave with the car and that they would then just take what I owe out of my monthly payments which means my monthly payments would be a little higher until I finish paying off the down payment this is what I did I have the car several months higher payments at first and then it started ... read more
