You WANT to like your car dealer, you REALLY do... but at some point you realize you simply made a mistake dealing with a dealer like this. The first clue was a "dealer recon fee" of $900. I bought a car from them in 2015 I'm not a person who writes checks but they told me because I didn't have the money in the bank that I could go to my bank purchase checks and do a downpayment that way so that the bank would clear it and I can leave with the car and that they would then just take what I owe out of my monthly payments which means my monthly payments would be a little higher until I finish paying off the down payment this is what I did I have the car several months higher payments at first and then it started ... read more
