Sold me a car with Flat spotted tires amongst tons of other issues. this dealer is TERRIBLE! 8/1 Salesperson said HFM matched financing that Navy Federal had provided me. I have never dealt with a more unscrupulous dealer than Greenway. Told them I was interested in a lease. Waited hours and a car was finally brought out. When the paperwork was presented it showed a sale, not lease. The finance manager told us it was basically a lease since we could cancel in 3 yrs. Also the finance person pressed us to include a Maintenance Fee of $1599.00. Did not tell us it was not necessary until later. Also made no mention that the service had to be performed in Orlando. On the evening of 9/21/21, we Informed Finance person "Pina" and his supervisor how our payments needed to be around 350.00 for 2018 Hyundai priced #18,700.00 on website Cargurus.com. When called to the finance officer's "Pina's" office we were told payments were $472.00. $152.00 a month More! They committed dishonesty in adding charges of $3000.00 for a warranty which vehicle already had through Hyundai Corp FOR NO CHARGE, because car was a CPO One owner Vehicle. I recently had my Sonata serviced at Greenway by service writer Jason ********. I would like to say that he provided me excellent attention to my needs, and listened carefully to all my questions. This was my first experience with Jason, who had recently arrived at Greenway, having transferred from (I think he said) a Miami Hyundai dealership with his wife. Logan ********, had me waiting for my car, he never called my phone or sended a text message.to give me updates on my car. My car was in for a oil change. i bought their deal pay for one and get 3 more at a good price. Not only did he jerk me around but he said my car was undrivable that my car was a hazard for the road. He tried to tell me i had to leave my car there for repairs, that total over $2000,00 dollars he even wanted me to get a loan. He is such a jerk. These people cannot be trusted; Buyer beware. I went there to have service on my car and ended up with my car loan switched to a different financing company. The new company bought my loan for $12,000 and increased the principal to $20,000. When I asked them how this happened I was told I bought a new car. I did no such thing. This is what happened, as I sat waiting for the service on my car to be completed I was approached by a savvy sales agent who promised a way for me to pay off my loan faster, this was all a lie. DISHONEST AND MISLEADING! Beware, I did the online purchase and went in store to finish the paperwork. Was quoted for $349 monthly online and when I arrived they came back with $564 monthly. They pulled a Bait and switch! Instead of adding the online discount they added it back on into the sales price. They even advertise a car online that was actually sold back in December! Very unethical! Went to a different Hyundai dealership and did not have any problems at all. Will never shop at this location.

We apologize for the inconvenience, online pricing doesn't include accessories, taxes, doc fees. The online portal payment on the car requested was over 400. There was no bait and switch, figures were worked on the same car. We use average rate until credit is pulled. The sold car was a website provider glitch.

from INCOMPETENT to UNETHICAL I first contacted the dealership 4.5 weeks ago about options for the end of term lease. I asked 3 very specific questions. 1. What would be the terms if I were to continue the lease 2. What would be the terms if I were to buy the car I am currently leasing 3. First of all if they had it to where you don't have to give no stars I would give them no stars. This is the worst of the worst. Their service center and the people employees by it are the most inexperienced, aggressive people I have ever dealt with. So my vehicle had a starter problem so I took my vehicle up there on a Monday to be service I had an appt for Tuesday so I just brought vehicle early because it had trouble starting up. Guest did drop vehicle off on the 12th. She advised of a no start concern and knock in front end of suspension. We advised guest that we were back up in shop during write up. We were able to determine that she did in fact need a starter for her no start concern and also needed sway bar links and front struts for noise in front end. We were able to get coverage for all components with a deductible of $100.00. We also offered a rental for 3 days as we had this approved through her extended warranty.
