We just moved down here and Bought a 2016 Kai Sedona in September 2022. We were told by the salesman AND finance when we bought the maintenance plan that we could use it at the Hyundai dealership down where we live. This is not the case and you have to get it serviced at a Greenway Hyundai otherwise they will not cover it. Going in to get an oil change thinking that you don't have to spend any money and then being charged for things that you think are covered sucks. This place SUCKS!!!! And I will tell everybody I know that's looking for a vehicle to stay away from this place. The vehicles are way overpriced and not only that, I traded my vehicle in on 12/14/2021, it is now 02/01/2022 and I have not received a tag from this place yet. They don't return phone calls, most of the time, or emails, especially ms ******. I've received 2 temp tags so far and the 2nd one is about to expire. One star is too many. These guys are pretty low. When I share this with people they are shocked..I inquired about a car a couple of weeks ago.. was clear I was not paying a high premium to Phil the first salesman. He said he would get back to me. When he didnt I let it go and moved on. He called me Dec. 31st 2021 wanting to make a deal due to the end of the year. Sold me a car with Flat spotted tires amongst tons of other issues. this dealer is TERRIBLE! 8/1 Salesperson said HFM matched financing that Navy Federal had provided me. I have never dealt with a more unscrupulous dealer than Greenway. Told them I was interested in a lease. Waited hours and a car was finally brought out. When the paperwork was presented it showed a sale, not lease. The finance manager told us it was basically a lease since we could cancel in 3 yrs. Also the finance person pressed us to include a Maintenance Fee of $1599.00. Did not tell us it was not necessary until later. Also made no mention that the service had to be performed in Orlando. On the evening of 9/21/21, we Informed Finance person "Pina" and his supervisor how our payments needed to be around 350.00 for 2018 Hyundai priced #18,700.00 on website Cargurus.com. When called to the finance officer's "Pina's" office we were told payments were $472.00. $152.00 a month More! They committed dishonesty in adding charges of $3000.00 for a warranty which vehicle already had through Hyundai Corp FOR NO CHARGE, because car was a CPO One owner Vehicle. I recently had my Sonata serviced at Greenway by service writer Jason ********. I would like to say that he provided me excellent attention to my needs, and listened carefully to all my questions. This was my first experience with Jason, who had recently arrived at Greenway, having transferred from (I think he said) a Miami Hyundai dealership with his wife. Logan ********, had me waiting for my car, he never called my phone or sended a text message.to give me updates on my car. My car was in for a oil change. i bought their deal pay for one and get 3 more at a good price. Not only did he jerk me around but he said my car was undrivable that my car was a hazard for the road. These people cannot be trusted; Buyer beware. I went there to have service on my car and ended up with my car loan switched to a different financing company. The new company bought my loan for $12,000 and increased the principal to $20,000. When I asked them how this happened I was told I bought a new car. I did no such thing. This is what happened, as I sat waiting for the service on my car to be completed I was approached by a savvy sales agent who promised a way for me to pay off my loan faster, this was all a lie.
