Two years ago, I would have said service and communication were stellar. Since Chris and Kurt moved on, I have to say that both service and communication have declined significantly. My last several visits have been prime examples of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs and debating with me when I challenge them, based on the wealth of information concerning common/known issues on Fiat Forums. not a very good experience. the ads are only for credit scores over 750 i was told. overpriced fiats. check around you can get better pricing. glad i purchased elsewhere.
