Terrible service center. Wouldn't honor my battery warranty because their road side assistance towed it to Fields Fiat that was closed. I had to contact Fields corporation myself to prove the battery was replaced through Fiat. My brake lights burn out monthly and I'm told it is normal. It's taken 2 times to get them to actually look into the problem and fix it. They also had no record of my car being towed to their dealership through their roadside assistance, no one even bothered to find out why they couldn't locate my car.... read more

It was my absolute pleasure to purchase a car at Greenway FIAT. Not only did Chris go above and beyond for me--he did it twice. Chris stayed late so that I could come test drive my new car, and then on the the day that I came back to purchase it, he stayed late again because I ran long with the finance department. He waited patiently for me to collect my things from my trade-in, all the while the FIAT dealership itself had been closed for almost an hour. It was a truly a model of customer service. The service wasn't good, even when I told them it's wasn't my fault my fiat's transmission Broke up, they don't want to help me with a rent a car, they told me I have to paid from my pocket $30 daily ,are u kidding me. They took the car for two days, from I was asking for ride to get to my job, they are not a good people to help you, they don't give $&#&+$@%, like that they will lose a customer. Horrendous HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICES. I WILL NO RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONES AT ALL .
If I could give cero stars I would! The worst place ever! They give you an appointment for a time and then you end up spending there all day waiting for an oil change! Then what's the use of an appointment? The worst part is that I have to keep coming here for service bacause no other places want to provide services for fiats. VERY EXPENSIVE, VERY SLOW! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! About to sell my fiat just to get away from this place!!
