I have been a fiat owner for five years. This is, by far, the worst fiat dealership with which I have ever dealt. Poor service, unfriendly employees, disorganized and dishonest leadership. For one thing: let me get the parts that YOU claim be broken, ie, my old fob key. I found it very suspicious.
This place is by far the shadiest company I have ever come across. Took my car in for a recall and 1 week later additional parts are breaking from the clutch that they just worked on. Get a quote one day for $440 and once they realized I had customer service involved the amount magically decreased to $370. Make sure to always get customer service involved with them so you don't over pay.
