I recently visited this nail shop to have my shellac removed, which I had done at a different salon. Before booking, I made an appointment and confirmed the price over the phone. I was told it would be £8. However, after the removal was done and I went to pay, I was charged £13. I visited this nail salon just before Christmas to have my acrylic nails removed and reapplied. At the time of the removal, I was unaware that one of my nails had already been damaged from a previous visit. The damage, known as a “ring of fire,” is caused by over-filing or trauma to the nail bed. RUINED NAILS AND WAISTED TIME. Horrible place and service. Came to get my nails done (pre booked appointment) and turned up earlier to agree the price before we start. We agreed on £60. After cutting, filing my nails and sticking the extensions on the ladies started talking about the price again and added £5 on top. Terrible experience. I had an appointment booked for 8:00 AM, arranged in person, and when I arrived they acted like it never existed. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go back to this place. To all the ladies: double-check your appointments, because they clearly can’t be trusted. They will look you in the face and say “NO”, as if nothing was ever booked.

horrible. from the day i got them done, they chipped and scratched and i love maintaining my nails. first time i came and will definitely be my last after this is fixed! will defo be spreading awareness about this place!
