Very old building. No working toilet. Is very clean. Despite this all the staff are friendly and professional. My physio was amazing, very detailed, professional and informative.
I am very dissatisfied because Ms. Katy O'Dea she didn't want to answer directly what diagnosis she gave me. She treats people in a in a stereotypical way . She doesn't have an individual approach to the patient. When I asked her if I needed to do tests, she replied that she knew what was wrong with me. However, I think that tests are necessary. That you can't "eyeball" the diseases. In my opinion, the diagnosis should be made by an orthopedist, not a physiotherapist. She recommended that I wear sports shoes. I consider this... read more
