We paid nearly £170 （including £40 cleansing fee per night ) per night, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. 1. Poor living conditions • The heating in the main bedroom didn’t work on the first night. The window was thin and not sealed properly, and the main bedroom door couldn’t close completely. Lovely stay in Luxury Southampton House. Great location and easy access to city centre, West Quay and Mayflower. Clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property. Incredibly easy check in and check out procedure. Annie was a very helpful, friendly and accomodating host. Drive way for parking was a great bonus, which meant the car could be left behind when going out with no worry about parking restrictions. Annie was so amazing and fab at communicating, making the whole process super easy. The house was a perfect base for our groups weekend, within walking distance to the main centre. The decor was lovely, and everywhere super clean. Couldn't recommend booking enough, and if we looked to go to Southampton again I would definitely return! Thanks Annie :)
Lovely, comfy stay in a nice house in a good spot. Great en-suite shower too!
We had a lads weekend biking on the Isle of Wight, great location, very close to a lively Southampton City Centre, great value for money, a nice touch with a bottle of wine and crisps. Well recommended.
