I had such a pleasant and memorable stay at the Ritz Carlton last weekend! �The services provided by all the staff working on the 17th & 18th December were excellent! I really have to give compliments to all the staff working on that day. From the moment my cab stopped at the lobby, the bellman, the concierge people were so helpful and efficient! As usual, it's always an excellent hotel with great service. Pity the swimming pool is closed for renovation.
