From the moment my cab stopped at the lobby 9th of January night, the bellman, the concierge people were so helpful and efficient! Every staff greeted me with a warm smile and I felt really comfortable. Their warm hospitality has really warm my heart and I have a good impression of Ritz Carlton. No room for breastfeeding and the best they could offer was an unsecured room in a Chinese restaurant next to a room full of rowdy Japanese businessmen, with unlockable sliding doors separating both rooms. Westin offered a room in their Spa, Goodwood offered an entire hotel room for breastfeeding. Ritz initially offered the female restrooms, which makes one wonder if the staff consume their meals in restrooms as well. I was dining at the Colony for dinner , and I asked the reception If they have a breastfeeding room. They told me that they do not have, but asked me to use the toilet where there's a sitting area outside. It's not a private area. Goodwood hotel offered me a room for breastfeeding and The Westin offered me a spa room to breastfeed in private. Never did I expect a 5 star hotel like Ritz to suggest to me to use the toilet to breastfeed my baby. It was a very unpleasant experience .
