Had my 2nd stay in Ritz for my pre bdae celebration and was still impressed by the services. Sincere thanks to all the staffs w their top notch services and warm attention for almost everything except for a tiny weeny issue. Housekeeping - It was not done at the best condition as there was stain on the blanket (during 1st day of check in), chips on the carpet etc and as if the housekeeping duties did not occur at all after we came back from our lunch at Mandarin Oriental. First time to checked-in at this hotel with my family and we already fell in love on it. We had a very unforgettable experience at this hotel. The room is big and with a feel good ambiance. We enjoyed the pool and our little one enjoyed the bath tub with a breath taking view. The pool water is cold for my little one so we just let her enjoy the bath tub. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They find my little one as cute and adorable. Thanks guys. Overall it was indeed a staycation to remember.
I hv a staycation over the weekend to celebrate bday for my dear fren.thumbs up for the service.the moment i arrived,staff guide me to check in counter n serve me welcome drinks.they also prepared n complimentary bday cake slice for my bday fren.during the stay,besides housekeepung ,in the night they check the room again,changing fresh towel n little sweet choc by bed.we hv such a enjoyable stay.n in sure ritz carlton hv definitely made my fren such a memorable one this year.thumbs up!worth it!^^

My first time at Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore was sensational. Our Orchid Suite View Room on the 23rd floor had sensational views overlooking Marina Bay & MBS, the CBD & Merlion Park. The Club was/is the best my husband and I have experienced. It was personal & attentive; the five daily culinary offerings were indeed indulgent & varied; the free flowing Moet & Chandon champagne from 7am-11pm & 24/7 room delivery of tea/coffee is exceptionally generous & much appreciated.
