Service was excellent. Nice ambience. We would to commend the team for providing a small cake for a surprise birthday celebration at the 11th hrs! Solid!
No doubt i have enjoyed the impeccable service when checking in, the personalised attention from the service staff and the staff's swift thinking at The Colony. I am disappointed in the after service of the front desk. I was double charged on my credit card during my stay here and it took almost a day for them to get back to me. Thereafter our conversation, I requested for a mail so that I can forward to my bank but it's already 2 days now and I am still waiting for the mail!
Fantastic service provided by Douglas Heng (Room Executive) as well as Archie and the Ritz Front office that made our stay wonderful and our kids happily entertained!
Due to festive season, there are some hiccups. Breakfast spread are not up to standard as it has moved to lobby lounge from colony, and not being refill regularly and requires queueing. Housekeeping took 45mins to bring up a bottle of shower gel. Security are not really guest-oriented and not helpful to myself(wheelchair user). Despite above, I still love Ritz Carlton and will definitely be back, because their service is above excellent.
