Exceptional service by the staff and room was great with panoramic views for day & night. Only thing is, I read from other websites that kids would he made to feel like VIPs with their RitzKids programme, with some activity books for preschoolers or some bath amenities for the younger tots. We didn't get either of that & for kids stuff like stepstool, kids slippers, we had to make requests, tho they were provided rather quickly. This would be our 2nd stay in Ritz Carlton.We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our 1st stay there was to celebrate our wedding anniversary a year ago & the experience was beyond amazing-room was decorated and we received cake/perrier with compliments from the hotel. Prior to checking in, I had informed the staff of the birthday celebration.
