we stayed overnight, when we arrived our room is not yet ready, we arrived 3pm, btw. they promised to have the room ready by 1 hour, 2 hours have passed we dont have a room yet. we were given a 100sgd voucher to spend in the coffee shop, we still waited, after another hour, no room yet. we approached concierge and complained then we were given another room. thanks to the concierge though�
Sarah Chuah went all out to make our stay at Ritz Carlton a memorable one. She knew that we were planning a birthday surprise for our friends & to our pleasant surprise, she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with an amazing view of Marina bay!
