I have very bad and negative experience from this hotel! Very disappointing!
I stay Ritz 3nights for marathon. It's a great memory for the trip. Good location with nice sea view hotel and nice breakfast. Thanks staff for special arrangement on the early breakfast during the marathon day. I would come back again.

We are staying here for the second time, this time on our honeymoon. The stay has been absolutely fantastic in every way, from the courteous staff setting up our room to give a romantic feel to them sneaking in a cake to wish me happy birthday... Both times Ritz-Carlton has exceeded our expectations and we are sure to be back when we visit Singapore next. PS the bath tubs have the best views!!!
Book a suite for my birthday staycation. View is wonderful and service is great, Miss Shoko Harada provided us with a attentive and warmth welcome. Only downside is that the glass was fogged at night, preventing us from enjoying the night view in the living room. The positioning of the bathtub which the hotel is famous for has the tap installed on the wrong side of the tub which can only allow to look at the wall instead of to the sea. Anyway, i truly enjoy the stay.
