Wonderful!!! Professional root canal on the NHS. Dentist and nurse both lovely. Everything explained clearly and no pain at all. Can’t fault the treatment.
I have an emergency dentist appointment today. Dr Lee and his assistant (sorry I forgot to ask her name) are amazing. Dr Lee checked and explained everything in details. He gave me treatment accordingly. He is gentle, polite and professional. Definitely, he is one of the best dentists I met.
The receptionist was nice but after that it’s all downhill. Came through 111 for my wisdom tooth. Fever, swollen face. Not slept, clearly not feeling great. He gave it two looks said I need antibiotics and a referral for surgical removal. I explained I’ve moved house and been waiting for a nhs dentist and asked him to make the referral. He said he absolutely could make the referral-if I paid him. That is not standard practice under NHS care(as someone with a law degree). Was referred by my own dentist for root canal, such a good experience, the dentist that treated me was so professional and explained step by step the procedure, he put me completely at ease. Would 100% recommend.
