I have recently taken the role as resident care coordinator here at Century Ridge, building has done a complete 360, staff is working hard to better our residents well being and more changes to come. Century Ridge will be one of the best facilities in Green Bay once again.
The Owner Jill and manager Jennifer don’t care about any of the residents they see them as a check. She can’t keep any decent employees which leads to elderly being neglected. I would never suggest this facility to anyone.
Highly don’t recommend this facility of care. The administrator Jennifer hires criminals with dangerous backgrounds.
My mother-in-law passed away, went to clean out her room and absolutely no one came to help or give me their condolences . Not sure they even cared.
Very nice staff.
