After loosing my home in the Eaton fire, I used GreatBuildz to assist me with meeting contractors and getting construction bids to rebuild my home. Although ultimately I didn't choose a GreatBuilz referred contractor, the service, and Heather in particular, were immensely helpful, informative, and supportive during a difficult and often overwhelming process.
GreatBuildz is a top-notch operation that provides a superior customer service experience. Contractors are skilled, knowledgeable, and invested in working with customers. Stephanie, my renovation advisor, could not have been supportive or accessible. Pricing seems to be on the higher end but worth it if you are looking for a concierge experience.

This was my first project of the year. My fence was a bit neglected with broken boards and loose sections. I thought about replacing it completely but during the estimate, repairing it turned out to be better for my budget. The team at Expert Home Builders did an excellent job, besides fixing the damaged sections, they gave it a fresh coat of paint. Like magic my old worn out fence was gone and in its place, it looks great and even feels more secure. Definitely worth keeping it this way.
I made the correct decision to trust GreatBuildz who subsequently referred me to the most competent and timely contractor that I have ever worked with.
