I had all good experiences working with GreatBuildz. Not having first hand knowledge of the building industry, I was more comfortable with the contractors they referred, knowing the screening was done for me. All contractors they referred were pleasant to work with, timely in their responses and estimates were reasonable and within expected ranges. Heather and Great Builds has been great to deal with. Was very helpful in providing good workers to facilitate getting work done on my ADU. Heather was always very quick to respond and very thorough in her responses. Wish everyone was as great to deal with as is Heather.
Where I live (and probably many other places) finding a reliable, honest, efficient, contractor who takes pride in the quality of their work very difficult. By using GreatBuildz I was referred to Start 2 Finish who were amazing. I needed the build done as quickly as possible while also doing quality work and they delivered.
