Great experience walking in a mine and see what they managed to do thousands of years ago. Very friendly staff to who went beyond to find a mineral stone I was looking for.
Absolutely loved it. Took 2 young kids. The weather was awful but the mines were just what we needed. The man that was on the ticket desk (Sunday 26/10) was absolutely brilliant. Wish I would have gotten his name because he was great. full of knowledge and brilliant with the kids. And the tour of the mines was just enough to keep the little ones entertained and the adults in awe. Definitely worth the visit and will absolutely visit again. Thank you great Orme mine team.
Good place to visit and view the mines, didn't take long to walk around but definitely worth it, free parking and a good gift shop
Great place, staff make us feel welcome, explained, taught us about the site and had a quiz for the kids. Would come back again!
