We are a repeat customer of Great American Van Lines. This is the second time we have used them in 2 years and they have been wonderful both times. The representative that we worked with on the phone, Nathan, is terrific at his job. He set everything up for us and made sure all the way through the final move and follow-up afterwards, that everything went smoothly and made sure we were completely satisfied, which we were. This company has some great professionals who do exactly what they say. I lost my hope from moving companies since I had my first move. The circumstance changed when I met Great American Van Lines. The team at Great American Van Lines did exactly what I asked for. When I talked with their sales rep, I made sure that they have to complete the move within 5 days and they have to do the packing as well. He agreed and also gave me in written everything also made sure that there would be no hidden cost involved. In the end everything went according to my wish. They have kept all of their words and proved that this is one of the best in business. I could not have asked for a better performance.
Couple of weeks ago I had to hire a mover to transfer my belongings to Washington. I used to live in a 2 room condo. I had some costly and fragile items though there was not much furniture. The crew that moved us was great! the guys are on the top level. They know how to do things. I could not complain at all. I had along distance move and my hugest consideration was my piano. However, these three guys took a great care of it, wrapped it properly and nicely, so there were no problems. My experience with this last move and all previous moves has been that Great American Van Lines exceeded my expectations. No worries about price bumping, damaged goods or missing items, it is always a pleasure for me to work with Great American Van Lines. Finding a mover is a very hard process. One of my neighbors had used this company recently and she said they did a wonderful job. When I called in a spoke to an individual named Nathan. He explained to me his years in this industry and what to expect good and bad from each company I talk to. I trusted him and his company and they didn’t disappoint. My price stayed binding and the time of delivery was faster than expected. That’s all I can ask for. I would definitely recommend.
I found Great American Van Lines for a recent move from Chicago to Los Angeles. I have to say it’s been one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The three workers arrived on time and had everything packed in a couple of hours. Everything arrived on time 8 days later with nothing broken which was something I was very scared of because I had some very fragile wedding china from my parents. I highly recommend this company for any move!
