I spoke with David and received estimate over the phone. I was quote for 250 cu.ft full packing service. Couple days before the move Jason from the dispatch department called me and give the time frame for my move and day before my move he called me one more time and confirm it. The crew from Great American Van Lines were super professional. They worked with a positive working manner. I was referred to them by a friend. He relocated his household by the help of this mover. My friend complimented them a lot. Based on his suggestion, I decided to hire the company and I didn’t make any mistake. The guys came with sufficient materials to wrap our belongings securely. Great American Van Lines operated an outstanding move. I was not so acquainted with moving procedure. Their manager informed me the details and the cost of move. Later I found there was no hidden charge .So there previous estimate and final quote was very similar. I had some items in my cousin’s condo which was just next to our apartment’s lane. I went from Michigan to California last month. Great American Van Lines superbly completed my move. I have no option but to award them five stars. It was not low-priced but quite reasonable. Nathan and David were very supportive and courteous. The guys made my move really great. They took excellent care of my antique items as well as furniture. They piled up different boxes in a room.
