I was very nervous about hiring a moving company to move us. So many horror stories. I always move myself, but this was just too much. I did tons of research. I circled down on a few companies. It was a long distance move with full of furniture which was carried out by some trusted workers of Great american van lines. I am always very happy with the folks. I completed my third moves with them. It was a perfect transition. Workers started at 9:30 est. as stated in the quotation. Their performing procedure was very commendable. Used boxes to save from any difficulties or broken issues. It was completely perfect plan. And the wonderful move was totally out of my thought! I appreciate their hard work.
My name is Rebecca and I used Great American to move me from New York to Denver. They gave me a good price on my move and the movers handled my belongings and furniture with kid gloves. They didn't just take care of my stuff they took extra care of it. I was concerned that things might get broken in the long drive from New York to Denver but everything arrived in perfect condition. These guys made my moving experience very easy. I would recommend them to anyone who can afford a professional mover.
Overall, I think the move went extremely well. I believe that David did a great job of communicating at every level and that the shipment arrived in a timely manner. I think when dealing with an anxiety provoking/stressful move such as this, communication is key, and David should receive an award for promptness. Great American Van Lines did an outstanding job on this end as well. But again, overall, we were really pleased with the service. I will highly recommend this company to others in the future.
I highly recommend Great American Van Lines for Moving. I also recommend Nathan as your customer service helper. Moving to Florida was a sudden decision and I had very little time to move there and find a mover. Luckily Great American Van Lines fit into my budget that was a concern for me.
