Waited 30 mins when a bay became free the guy took the car behind me first-when I spoke on it the employee ignored me and started speaking Spanish- not only did they not service my car after all that but they were very disrespectful to me talking and laughing with other customers. I videotaped it and I will be notifying the BBB and filing a complaint with the owner of #201. Horrible how disrespectful they are to women.

I took my vehicle (2012 Chrysler 200 Touring) into this local grease monkey on 6/24/2019; a Monday for a simple oil change "4.6Qt 5W20 Conventional" (waited this long to do a review to see if they'd correct the problem *they didn't*)...I got my car back in about 45 minutes; perfect. Fist I had to wait until they got and oil filter. As I was checked out I informed the installer that the oil light had not been reset and he told me I need to take it to the dealership. I say no I’m paying you to do a job. So after mess up all my settings including the radio it was reset It coat too much to have rude and poor customer service.
