Had a strange issue with our ac and even when they had seen our vehicle 5 times they were courteous and helpful. They even went the extra mile and picked it up when we couldn't bring it in one time. They stuck with us till they figured out wth was going on. They were awesome!

Car over heating on the way home to Boise. JIffy lube gave us bad advise AND WE ENDED UP AT Grease Monkey just as they closed. Chris was outstanding in not turning us away. He told us what was really wrong and then proceeded to call for parts. He is awsome and we love his hair. Wish there were grease monkeys in Boise. When you get there you will have our business.

I stopped in because my seat was stuck in its tracks and I wasn't able to get it into a safe driving position. Grease Monkey was able to get my seat into a safe place, though they were unable to fix the problem. They recommended I see a dealer to fix the broken track. We were back on the road, safe, and FREE OF CHARGE. I would go back, and recommend Grease Monkey. Thanks, guys.
