They were fast, professional and helpful.
I definitely would recommend Grease Monkey on Channing Wy, IDaho Falls. They were courteous, kept me up to date on progress of service and showed me everything that needed to be done or should be done in the future. They even had universal phone plug they offered me when my phone was running out of battery. They also offered to blow out the heater module at no additional cost if it still was not heating properly. (I will be doing that because I was only getting tepid heat on the way home). I am very pleased with the level of quality service that this Grease Monkey offers. The team went above and beyond helping me diagnose and fix my car. I showed up minutes before closing at 5:57 with a major coolant leak (water pump failure) and they let me stay until almost 7 trying to see what they could do to help me(they close at 6). Once they determined the issue, they ordered the parts quickly and hurried their fastest to get my car running again. Such an amazing group of people, I went to go get my oil changed yesterday. The customer service was outstanding, as soon as my vehicle got pulled in they got right to work and got my truck taken care of. Very professional and it only took 12 minutes!!!
